Stella's Breakfast
I'm so not used to staying up late at night, I was up until 3:00 a.m....holy cow! I was playing with my website adding new recipes for my friends and family. To my surprise, I'm the first one to be awake in the house. My husband, my daughter, her friend, and the pets were sound asleep. I was starving when I first woke up, so I went down to the kitchen fixing something for myself to eat. Then I heard meow...meow, Miu Miu was now awake and hungry, too. She loved turkey and rice that I made for her during the last couple of days and I know she wanted more. She's officially spoiled now. I wonder if she'll ever want her dry cat food ever again.
Speaking of pet food, Stella can only eat home-cooked meals. I ran out of her food this morning which I would have to cook it before she was awake. Instead of just beans and rice, I decided to add some sweet potatoes to her diet today. Stella loves sweet potatoes, however, her vet says too much sweet potatoes is not good for most dogs because they shouldn't have too much Vitamin A intake. Again, once in awhile is OK!
The pets were fed. I was fed. It's time for a nap for the three of us. My husband and my daughter sure can figure out what to eat when they're awake.
