This post is sincerely dedicated to the "Two Fat Ladies", the two English ladies, and the best chefs on earth. By the way, their names are Clarissa Dickson Wright and Jennifer Paterson. Some critics may say they were a bad influence to today's diet since they were not afraid to cook with lard, bacon fat, and other fatty rich ingredients.
Despite some negative criticism, in my opinion, they are charming, lovely, delightful, and extraordinarily funny. They make me laugh every time I watch their show. In the mean time, I learn a great deal about the traditional English cooking from them. The series are no longer aired, but you can rent the DVDs from Netflix. If you've never seen them in action, you must do so. They will make you laugh so hard that you'll burn every calorie after eating their food. However, it is shameful that Jennifer is gone, she died of lung cancer in 1999. Regardless, her lively personality shall never die (especially from my heart).
